Elke, all,

under reasonable (?) assumptions (see below) the electronics is

still expected to be ready by Sep 1st:

* The following doesn't depend on us returning to the site

since we are simply waiting for the vendor and relying on

the dates it provided:

DEP/ADC assembled & delivered to BNL: 5/1 --> 6/15

* The following assumes we can begin to work on site on June 1st:

DEP/ADC fully tested: 6/15 --> 8/1

DAQ Receiver Boards installed:  4/1 --> 6/15

* The following assumes we will have access to the detector in August:

DEP system installed in STAR:  8/15  -> 8/15 (note no delay: taken from float)

FCS Electronics Commissioned:  9/1 --> 9/1 (note no delay: taken from float)

I need urgently some information from all of you so I can understand what can be done in the fall 2020 shutdown and in the following one.

Therefore I would like to get updates on all of your milestones, please use the information from the last face to face meetign and indicate how things moved.

I need this please separately for the Silicon, the sTGC, the FCS, the electronics (DEP and FEE), the slow-control, Trigger and Integration.

Gerard today the question for the EPD splitter came up, did you have a chance to talk with Tim about it?
