The milestones from F2F meeting (https://indico.bnl.gov/event/7773/) are in black, my guesstimate in red assuming

1) NCKU delivers at least 2 good mechanical structures with hybrids in 1st week of June

2) Fermilab reopens in the first week of June, 2020

3) No change in delivery time for the main items

Prototype assembly: 2/28/20 (+1mo) -> 6/30/2020

Module testing: 4/30/30 (+1 mo) -> 7/31/2020

Production (ordering): 5/31/20 (+1 mo) -> 8/31/2020

1st batch of Hybrids: 7/31/20 -> 10/31/2020

1st batch  of mechanical structure: 9/31/20 -> 12/31/2020

1st batch of sensors: 12/31/20 -> 2/28/2021

Assembly complete: 4/30/21 -> 6/30/2021

Supporting structure: 

Design and Fab: ?? Rahul  (9/31/20) -> 12/31/2020

Installation of modules on support: 6/15/21 -> 7/30/2021

Install detector into STAR: 7/15/21 -> 8/15/2021

I need urgently some information from all of you so I can understand what can be done in the fall 2020 shutdown and in the following one.

Therefore I would like to get updates on all of your milestones, please use the information from the last face to face meetign and indicate how things moved.

I need this please separately for the Silicon, the sTGC, the FCS, the electronics (DEP and FEE), the slow-control, Trigger and Integration.

Gerard today the question for the EPD splitter came up, did you have a chance to talk with Tim about it?
