On 2) 
we tried two vendors for the prototype hybrids. I think we need to choose one 
for production. We may also want to remind ourselves that we need to require 
the thickness of the hybrid, which was done for one vendor but not the other. 
Also if we decide SDU produce assemble the T-boards, what the QA/QC procedure 
is.
