Dear all,

The STAR Forward Upgrade “F2F" meeting will take place on Monday and Tuesday
July 20-21. A Drupal webpage for the meeting can be found at
https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/conference/timetable/talk/50911

Below is the proposed agenda for the FST session, currently scheduled on July
20 Monday morning. The exact starting time and duration of each talk is not
yet fixed. I understand that Yi prefers for his stalk to be after 10:30am. If
anyone has any comment/constraint, please let me know.

FST Mechanical Structure by Yi Yang (30’)
FST Prototype Assembly and Test by Xu Sun (20’)
FST Simulation by Shenghui Zhang (15’)
FST Integration and Cooling System by Rahul Sharma (25’)
FST Timeline, Milestones and Resources by Flemming Videbaek (25’)
