Hi Shenghui,
For the prototype, we choose two vendors:
old vendor: 310+/-50um;
new vendor: 350+/-50um

The thickness of hybrid is set to 1mm in FST geometry. Can you tell
me why you use this value?
For Maowu and Jianing, can you help me confirm it is the real value?
