By pulling the T-board out, it means that the outer hybrid pigtail is longer
than it needs to be if we want to keep the T-board screwed down onto the MS.
In other words:
1. Without plugging into the outer hybrid connector onto T-board connector,
the T-board can be screwed down onto the MS, and there is no mechanical
interference to MS.
2. With the outer hybrid plugged in, the T-board can not stay in the above
position. It will be in a position slightly (~0.5-1cm) moved away from the
above position, and thus hit the MS.
