Dear all,

With the Fall semester starting soon, I will have a constraint due my 
teaching obligation, which basically blocks 10am-12pm (BNL time) on MWF. 
Therefore, I have to ask for your inputs for a new meeting time. 

With the Forward Upgrade meeting on Tuesday starting at 8:30am and PWGC 
meeting on Friday starting at 9:30am, it seems that there are not many 
morning time slots available, other than MWT 8:30-10am. Please kindly fill

If we find a new time slot, we shall change our meeting time in the week 
after next week.
