Hi
I just have a general comment on the meetings.

It should be possible to keep them to just one hour, so my personal 
preference would have been to start at 9 and keep it to one hour by 
running the meeting a bit strictly, and keeping extensive discussions on 
details on seperate few person communications/meetings.

For purely personal reasons I dislike starting at 8.30 due to 
disruptions to me routines, and by now I may have weeks with 3 8.30 
meetings. I understand other people have different points of view, but I 
like to let all know.
