Minutes

Hybrids and T-boards - Maowu
The second batch of 70 sets of hybrids were sent to NCKU last week
10 sets of T-boards receive this week, will check the quality and do the
assembly in two weeks. Will ask Yi how many he needs for the MS fit test.
Will send the rest to Mike to assemble with the inner signal cable (need to
check with the vendor, probably ~1 month). Remaining T-boards: ready to start
production. Need to decide whether to wait for test results of the new
T-board and inner signal cable assembly, or start the production now.

Integration - Rahul/Felix
checked the drawings last Thursday, had only minor few comments, will
finalize the drawings today. Will ask the machine shop when they can make the
ring structure inside the TPC cone to see if the test installation can still
be done during this shutdown (Jan 2021)
Answers to Gerard's questions: do the clips abstruse the T-board assembly
area? Can the cables be hooked up to PPB while the disks are in the
extracted position on the installation tool? Felix thinks both are not a
problem. Will make some pics and short write-up to describe the assembly
procedure
Soft cooling tube test after irradiation: need 2-3 feet tubes.

Production Module Assembly
Xu: Storage box prototype delayed. Should be ready this week
Gavin: Finished cosmic ray testing for FST03 after encapsulation. No
difference found compared to before encapsulation. Started testing FST04
Andres: taking and analyzing data with the laser test stand.

Offline software - Shenghui
Working on RawHitMaker, ClusterMaker

Slow Control
Xu has contacted David for slow control. Will schedule a meeting with David,
Jarda, Prithwish to discuss the status and plan
