Production module assembly - Xu
Will start mounting APV chips onto modules this week. Should be able to do 
four modules with one set of tooling each week. We have 5 A’s, 7 B’s and 3 
C’s from NCKU. Discussed which modules to start with and decided to start 
with the two best ones first, then two more A’s, then B’s for APV mounting. 
Parts for two extra sets of tooling are being fabricated at UIC (finish this 
week) and inspected at Fermilab.
Test stand at Fermilab waiting for ORC review. 

Geometry update - Flemming
Check if Yi has the final CAD drawings of the disks/modules, and whether they 
are used by Felix

Detector alignment - discussion 
Need to do simulation and tracking. Discuss at the incoming software meeting 
on 2/12

Zero suppression for data taking - discussion
Implement the CMN subtraction algorithm in Tonko’s code, and test it with 
individual module at Clean room and full detector after installation.
