Dear all,

We've assembled FST-61 to FST-66 last week. Total 11 new modules have been made in the past two weeks (9 good ones. 2 of them have slightly bad flaness in the inner senor area ~300 micros and I will keep them as backup). 

12 modules to go and we expect to finish the assembly by March 19.
