Hi Gerard,

You're right. I should use FST-10 which we will not use to make the connector loosening. However, the FST-10 was carried to UIC for new tooling test by Zhenyu. Due to the previous cable is too tight to be plugged in and damaged the VSS pin on prototype module. I chose the FST-25 whose OSF1 is more than 250 and may not be used to make connector loosening. I'm sorry about it and I will avoid this situation in the future.

Best,
Shenghui

Dear Shenghui,
This statement sounds concerning: "Able to loose the connector after a few insertion/removal with FST-25". I hope we are not using any production (or even simply functional) FST module for the necessary "connector loosening" procedure. This should be done with a dummy, or a known dead/unrecoverable hybrid, or something like that. Right? It sounds like FST-25 is not a dummy?
