Hi All,

 

Since a few of us are at a conference and I have not heard of any contributions I propose we cancel todays meeting.

 

Some updates from my side:

• I believe I’ve solved the memory leaks that caused the code to crash after many events – I can now run over 10k simulated events no problem.
• I am packaging the above fix into a PR and will submit
• There are two remaining issues with the tracking on current preview production:

• sTGC is not getting picked up correctly from MuDst (fix in progress)
• in general the tracking performance is not good compared to past private production – I am working on understanding why

 

I hope to have at least the memory fix integrated and pushed to github soon, so I’ll send another email shortly.

 

Talk to everyone next week. At that time I’d like an update on alignment, FST software, and J/psi analysis.
