Update:
Over 4k jobs submitted, and I think they have all started running by now.
~1150 jobs have finished
~250 jobs are being held by condor due to exceeding 3.2 MB memory allocation 
I used for the jobs. This currently represents fewer than 10% of the jobs, 
but may rise as we keep going. I'm not inclined to resubmit these with a 
higher memory allocation if they remain below ~25% of the total test 
production (~1k jobs). And if you do need the statistics, we might have 
better luck submitting additional runs from day 81 than trying to play the 
game of chasing a good memory allocation limit for the ones that have failed 
at this allocation.
