This morning I saw ~800 files and running afterburner on those. Now I see ~1150. I need to add skipping of already aftrburnered files… 

Yes leave those jobs held due to high memory usage. Nor you don’t need to add new runs.

We’ll see what we find with what we get first.

Update:
Over 4k jobs submitted, and I think they have all started running by now.
~1150 jobs have finished
~250 jobs are being held by condor due to exceeding 3.2 MB memory allocation I used for the jobs. This currently represents fewer than 10% of the jobs, but may rise as we keep going. I'm not inclined to resubmit these with a higher memory allocation if they remain below ~25% of the total test production (~1k jobs). And if you do need the statistics, we might have better luck submitting additional runs from day 81 than trying to play the game of chasing a good memory allocation limit for the ones that have failed at this allocation.
