Hi GPC,

We just got the comments from the third institute (NISER group) yesterday.

We tried to reply to those comments and modified the short paper accordingly.

With those, the files on drupal have been updated.

I understand that other institutions may also send comments later, 

but I hope GPC can review the current updates meanwhile. 

I really want to have it out before QM, so I can present the final results, 

because otherwise I have to present the old results due to the one preliminary policy.
