I personally don't see any issues (though I'm not so sure how Fudan will respond, seems

like some factual discussion which may need an iteration) 

but I'd like to hear from the other people on the GPC. 

If we don't hear anything by 9 pm EDT, please feel free to place it on starpapers.

However, in the absence of feedback from the GPC I'd prefer Yicheng say there

were no objections from the GPC, rather than that the GPC blessed the responses.

Since the comments are not controversial and we have taken most of them, I hope you’d be fine with my asking Yicheng to send the materials to starpapers tonight at 9 PM EDT. I’m sorry for the rush, but the reason for the rush is that the collaboration will need one week to review our replies as per STAR policy before the paper can be announced to RHIC, and then after another week we would be able to submit it to the arxiv. This will put us right onto the weekend before QM. It would really be beneficial to STAR if we can put the short paper onto the arxiv before QM. We will of course take care of further comments if they come in and they won’t affect this timeline. 

I’m asking Yicheng to say in his email to starpapers that the GPC has blessed our responses unless you raise objection. Again I hope this is ok to you as the comments and our replies are not controversial.

I understand that other institutions may also send comments later, 

but I hope GPC can review the current updates meanwhile.
