Hi Grant,

the abstract itself looks good to me, I have however some questions on your analysis.

I see that you presented your initial look at the jet charge in data over a year ago, and as far as I understand there were no updates on this later.

In the abstract you promise quite a lot: measurement differential in pT, unfolded for detector effects in 2D, with two kappa, compared to two Pythia simulations, and then a template fitting to extract the quark- to gluon-initiated jet ratio.

May I ask you what is the current status of this analysis, which of these steps you've already performed, what are your plans and timeline towards finishing what is promised ?

We should certainly discuss this at the upcoming HP meeting, but at that point your abstract should be approved by the PWG, therefore I would appreciate if you could update us earlier.
