Hi Barbara,

I have attached in drupal 2 files:

  * one in usual form of a poster as you proposed

    so that people can see how the slides fit into the poster in

  * and another pdf file with slides wih the same content as the poster

    so that people can read them easily.

It is a poster. Yes, ICHEP said that we must make a usual poster format.

I was thinking first to let it be checked by the PWG in form of normal slides, because it is easier to

read, and once approved, I will append everything into a standard poster format.

Do you think it is better to put it from now in poster format and resend it to the PWG?

Is your contribution a poster or a talk ? I think in the case of a poster the conference requires that the contribution is prepared in the form of a usual poster.
