Hi Tristan,
Great, it looks good.
Two suggestions on your results.
1) If I look at your Slide#14 jet v2 plot, the systematic uncertainty bands for 1st and 3rd bins are relatively tiny compared to other bins. Generally systematic uncertainty should show a continuous variation throughout the bins. Hence I suggest to use the 2nd bin's sys uncertainty for 1st bin and average value of 2nd and 4th's sys uncertainty for 3rd bins. For future we can discuss and work on it.
Same for the plot in slide#15.
2) SLide#14 and 15 płot, Please include inside each figure "No jet pT-correction applied".
if I find more comment and suggestion, I will let you know.
Remaining comments inline.

Hi all,THis is a very nice study on two extreme cases for jet v2 values.
I have updated my preliminary figure request slides with the feedback
I received this morning: Preliminary Figure Request: Azimuthal
Anisotropy of Jets in √(s_NN )=200 GeV Ru+Ru and Zr+Zr Collisions
(bnl.gov) [2]
Most notably, I verified the behavior of the toy model for both zero
and non-zero flow. Using the hard core framework, the appropriate
values are recovered. This is shown on slide 22.
But there is one point I want to make here (that I forgot to discuss yesterday's meeting) that we need to check this study when you increase for jet R > 0.2; probably this we can discuss after HQ.
I have also used the variation of the background modulation as the
dominant systematic uncertainty, shown on the updated main figure
(slide 14). Details of this are on slide 23, but they are determined
by the average change in a point's value by varying the background
modulation by +- 0.02.
this is good.
The jobs to study the effects of throwing outLet us know when you finish this and update all your sys. uncertainties.
4% of tracks are submitted, but have been sitting idle in the queue
all day unfortunately.
Cheers
Nihar

Tristan
