Hi Nihar, Barbara,

Thank you for the feedback.  I wasn't sure how much detail I needed to go into for the introduction so I erred on the side of too much, it's useful to know I can (and have) shorten that.  I also have introduced v2 in terms of the second order Fourier harmonic.  

Nihar, I do plan to present the R dependence and mention this on line 18 of the updated draft.  Since we have not settled on the specific R values to use, I left it ambiguous.  

A new draft has been uploaded to Drupal.

these sentences into one or directly jump to jet and QGP, without
introducing. That will help to make this abstract concise.
