Hello Rosi,

Yes, I have noticed that and implemented your comments.
Besides I have done significant modifications that I will post tomorrow.

Thank you
Nihar

Hi Nihar,
I had posted comments to the drupal, but I'm told that even though
there is a box for comments that we don't use it and so I should just
send an email. Sorry for the repeat if you did see my comments!
Cheers,
Rosi

Hi Nihar (and Joern),
My small comments on your nice slides are below!

title
Remove page number
Move DOE/STAR logos so they don't overlap with names. (Or just remove
all the footers since all that info is on the title slide)

Slide 2: I know you grabbed these plots from the RHIC Run overview,
but maybe use powerpoint to make the legends bigger.
Remove title on the left plot, unnecessary

Increase in statistics over the years for precision measurement ->
Increased luminosity improves the precision of our measurements

Different collision species to study the hot QCD medium ->
Different collision species allows system size, geometry and
temperature studies

Slide 3: We have not yet run STAR with a trigger rate of 5kHz....
That will be run 23.

Slide 4: At RHIC energy -> At RHIC Or maybe just remove it entirely
since there is also PHENIX, sPHENIX.

I'd be careful in the statement of the baryon-to-meson ratio - it is
not yet clear precisely what Gabe's nice measurement means, but since
it is only seen in specific jet selections perhaps you can say
something more like, "jet hadrochemistry"

bullet 3, on jet and heavy-flavor production? (it's a sentence
fragment as is)

Slide 6: For symmetry the relationship between the plots and formulas
on the page should be the same. Also the jet shape formula is way too
small

Slide 7: Indicates the confinement

Slide 11: Formulas are too small here
Can we see it is the first observation? ALICE has a result out:
https://indico.cern.ch/event/895086/contributions/4742231/attachments/2423783/4149055/220407_QM22_v3_upload.pdf

Slide 12: Be careful here - I think you should show one of Gabe's
other plots in addition to this one, he only sees this enhancement
when we select the 2 GeV constituent cut in HI collisions. So while
this is very interesting, and maybe we'll learn something about
hadronization in the QGP through Gabe's efforts, but it's not a
generic effect. (I don't think the statement regarding the
constituent selection is sufficient)

Slide 16: Do we have a comment on why we observe suppression but no
v2?

Dear All,

I have prepared first draft of STAR highlight presentation at
HP2023.
I would like to inform you that this presentation will be voiced by
Joern Putschke (Thank you, Joren, for agreeing and for your support)
and
I will discuss with him on these slides this week too.

As you can find many plots are not yet final and still under
discussion
for "STAR preliminary" approval, so these plots will be updated soon

(and possible physics interpretations).
Besides there are some typos and wording need to be refined which
will
be done in coming days.

Please have a look at only this presentation ID#63015
https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/node/63015

The duration of this plenary talk is 20mins.

Please have a look and give your comment and suggestions.

Thank you
Nihar
