We just learnt from the QM organizers that the length limit for the abstract is 350 words. Please check your abstract and make sure not to exceed it. Thanks.

I would like add a few points about the procedure regarding QM abstracts. 

1) For all the abstracts that are asked to merge, each PA can submit a poster abstract in addition if desired. If the merged abstract gets accepted and one PA is selected as the speaker, he/she can withdraw the poster abstract. 

2) Abstract submission: 

- Oral abstracts will be submitted centrally by PAC to the conference

- Poster abstracts should be submitted by PAs themselves to the conference

Please take a look at the list and let us know if your abstract is missing or assigned in the wrong category (oral vs. poster). We will discuss abstract merging based on this list.

As mentioned during the collaboration meeting, we will use the following procedure and internal deadlines for QM 2023 abstract submission: 
– April 3rd: deadline for express of interests to PWG via email. Please submit a title and a brief abstract on what you propose to present. 
– April 3rd – 17th: merging discussion within/across PWGs, and PAs submit merged abstracts to Drupal after converging
– April 17th – 24th: PWG comments and approval
– April 24th – May 1st: discussion and approval within star-talks. All the abstracts will be submitted centrally to the conference by PAC.

If you need embedding for results promised in the abstract, please inform the conveners as soon as possible, if not done yet. We will give them high priority and have them produced before the abstract submission.
