Hi all,
I just uploaded my slides today with all the bad runs categorized and matched to shift log entries. As usual some of the runs didn't have any correspondence in the shift log, and are probably false alarms. Please take a look and advise.
Cheers,

Hello all,After the discussion we had this morning regarding the jumps in the mean run dE/dx I made a plot of the mean event dE/dx vs time as Flemming requested. I put together a few slides on this and uploaded them to today's meeting on Drupal. You can also find the slides here: https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/system/files/High_dEdx_Investigation.pdfIt seems like the mean (event) dE/dx does start high and decrease back toward the nominal value over the course of this single run. There are fewer statistics for these later times though so it is hard to say for certain exactly what is happening.Ben KimelmanPh.D. Candidate, Nuclear Physics GroupUC DavisHe/him/his_______________________________________________On Thu, Apr 29, 2021 at 9:25 AM Frank Geurts via STAR-QAboard-l <star-qaboard-l@lists.bnl.gov> wrote:Hi,

=> I would like to ask the PWG delegates to start preparing separate set of slides that combine past reports and give a summary in terms of proposed good/bad event selection criteria, and associated total event statistics. Tomorrow might be bit too early, but it would be good to have by next week.
