A brief minutes for today's meeting:

For 19.6GeV QA:
1. All the injection runs should be marked as bad, and it is about 10% of the 
data. -> Need to ask Gene for the injection run list.
2. Ashik change the DCA to sDCA and use Min-bias trigger, redo the Run-by-Run 
QA:
   1). 100 runs marked as bad. -> Need to compare with previous bad run list.
   2). sDCA has large fluctuations. -> May be due to the problem from 
injection runs, need to redo the QA after delete the injection runs.

For Run22 QA:
   We should use start-less-tof for FastOffline-based picoDSTs.
