STAR QA Board

Hi all:

We will have a QA board meeting tomorrow at noon. There are several things 
that we may need to discuss:

1. For 19.6 GeV Run-by-Run QA:
   Daniel check the 76 bad runs flagged by Ashik:
   1). 38 of the Runs flagged as bad were injection runs.
   2). 14 of the flagged runs are short (i.e. <10 minutes).
   3). 15 of the flagged runs were good, long data runs for which there were 
no comments in the log book about why the run might be bad.
   4). The remaining 9 runs had a variety of issues that were noted in the 
log and could explain why the runs were rejected.

2. The progress on the BES-II data QA, also 14.6 GeV QA if it starts.

3. For Run22: TOF mode for FastOffline-based picoDSTs. 
   ColdQCD group: should use start-less-tof mode.
