STAR QA Board

Dear All,

I am working on Au+Au 7.7 GeV, BES-II express production data-set. I 
have done Run-by-Run QA for the data-set following the disussions of QA 
board meeting. I would like to present Run-by-Run QA study for Au+Au 7.7 
GeV BES-II data-set, as suggested by Prithwish during the FCV pwg 
meeting.

If possible, please add me in the ageda.
