Hi, QA-ers

Bassam reminded me that I forgot to make a note of it here....

On March 1st, I was informed that the FCS chain options that were causing 
corrupt FastOffline MuDsts a couple months ago no longer caused corruption. 
So the options were turned back on in the chain for FastOffline. The next 
day, I was informed that the question wasn't understood properly, and that 
the corruption still occurred. So I turned then options back off.

This does mean that for MuDsts produced for about 1 day (between March 1st 
and 2nd) are corrupt. I believe data taken on March 1st are identified as day 
60, and March 2nd is day 61, so there should be runs around those days that 
have problematic MuDsts.
