Hi
I looked at the issue brought forward by Lanny for run 23057040 which 
had reduced eff for sector 17 rdo 5.
I looks like this section stops working after ~10% of the running and 
affects 4FEEs inthat RDO. I would guess is a SEU in the RDO. The shift 
creww should be alerts to this by checking the TPC adc summary plots and 
stop runs if they see this. This issue seems to disapera when a new run 
is initilazed.
