Hi,
For comparing some of the StGmtClusterMaker logic between .dev and .DEV2, I am putting in some intermediate output. However, when I run cons under .DEV2 I get the following error:

cons: can't create StRoot/StGmtUtil/.consign.23187 (Permission denied)
END failed--call queue aborted at /gpfs01/star/subsys-tpc/fisyak/STAR/packages/.DEV2/mgr/cons line 617.

May I be added to the requisite permissions?
