STAR task force for tuning PYTHIA

Hi Matt and others,

Here is the result I ran with your tuned parameters on slide 4 and 5 for the 
jet cross-section at 510 GeV. Thera are also other slides that I changed a 
few parameters for ISR and try to understand the scale difference between 
Pythia 6 and Pythia 8 if you are interested.
