During today's operations meeting, you discussed the possibility of running one of the outer TPC sectors at reduced voltage.  I have found a set of slides where we discussed this possibility back in 2009.  See:

I agree that decreasing the gain on the anodes by a factor of 1/3 can be achieved by lowering the Outer Sector voltage by 45 volts, and/or lowering the Inner Sector voltage by 35 volts.    See page 3 lower plot, and page 4 summary, bullet 3.
