It is obvious that there are two FEEs in sector 8 and 11 that are not 
properly accounted 4
The one in 8 is out for the whole period, and the one in 11 probably was 
masked out sometime in the run period.

Can you give some more details. Was this for FF or RFF OO. Waht is the 
embedded particle(s)?
What is the run list used for the embedding. This will be most useful 
and make our task easier.
I would not care about the single pad in sector 2 that is dead.

I am curious why it looks like embedded tracks are 'breaking' around 
69-69. Looks funny to me


PS I will be gone for close to 2 weeks tomorrow and have no time to look 
further at it for now.
