Hi, TPC-ers

I was glad to see a note posted in the ShiftLog minutes ago that David Tlusty 
has restored voltage to the GridLeak Wall for two sectors that would not 
retain voltage starting yesterday!

I hope David can provide some insight to us on what exactly failed and how he 
remedied it. As I told Alexei over the phone yesterday, I was surprised to 
hear of two failing within time proximity of each other. Thanks go out to 
Alexei and Jim for some efforts to get the voltage back before David tried.

There will be some work to do to determine if the zeroed GirdLeak Wall 
voltages allowed any perceptible leakage of ions, but as long as this doesn't 
come back soon, I can take a little more time to answer this.
