Hello All,

I made a report to summarize the LV failures and corrective actions that have been taken for the TPX & iTPC repairs over the past years of operation…Most of the LV issues are with the iTPC but we did have a few with the outer sectors. 

I tallied the repairs for run 24 and we have ~40% or so from failures of the LV disconnect at the detector end. But, this was typical for repairs from the past recent years of operation.
