TPC meeting 9/11/2025
Present:Alexei, Yuri, Jim, Gen and Flemming
Hardware:
Work done to prepare for restart of run today.
Gas system ok – flowas has been tuned and is stable. Laser repair 
finished both east and west are now bright.
TPC blower -condenser had to be restarted, it was noticed late that it 
was not on. Are the any alarm on this – other that temperature rise?
Electronics
Tim and Tonko has changed several board and reprogrammed many RDO. At 
time of meeting not quite complete, but on 9/12 several TPX RDOs were 
brought back.
Software
Gene:
De/Dx calibration complete for some BES data sets- ready for production
Yuri:
Looker for response for laser runs with 0 field and half field to 
determine hit error
Notice degradation in dp/p from two trck matching with cosmics from 
previous run to run 25  1.5% to a little above 2%. Considers cluster 
finder, may have to tune TPCRS .
AOB: we have plenty of cosmics from FF 50M triggers and RFF 500 M 
trigger. Need data for ½ field  RF and F. Can be done during run for 
reverse field. Discuss this with JH who under stands the priority to 
have this done , and discussed procedures for duing this as it involves 
changing filed and turning detertors (at least FFEs) off/on and again 
off/on. Estime need a known ‘machichne down period of at least 3-4 hours 
for this to be done.
