== Hardware & Electronics

— Due to delayed opening, extraction of pole-tips has been moved to next Monday

== Software

— Gene is working on FXT SC calibration for the three energies that were run

— needed to include e-by-e corrections

— yesterday finished 1st of the 3 energies

— expect one more today and the other tomorrow (depending on priority in queue)

— first glance at 1st energy (9 GeV) looks pretty good 

— calibration for dE/dx expected next week

— Yuri updating dE/dx model for absence of MIP

— use cut on ADC and account for it when fitting dE/dx

— then need calibration sample for testing

== AOB

— Flemming mentioned material budget for support structures

— have technical drawings for FST and support structures now 

— can add material where needed but need some time to reorient with software tools

— can compare drawings with actual hardware, weigh cables, etc., once disassembly begins 

— Alexei retiring April 1st
