All – A few items:

 

(1) In order to be prepared for posting, etc. we ask that you fully review the cost books, drilldown reports, etc. today for consistency and accuracy – in order to hit the deadlines we are under, it is necessary that we freeze this material at COB eastern today, Monday, 8/12.  We will be unable to make any changes to the basic material after this point.  Thanks to some feedback we’ve already received, a number of things have already been fixed.  Please do everything you can to put aside the time for this final vetting.  Many thanks.

 

(2) As previously mentioned, we will need final versions of everything in from you for posting -- including BoEs, presentations, etc. -- by this Thursday, 8/15.  Also, a reminder that we are breaking each of the presentations into two physically distinct talks:  one on technical, and the other on management, cost and schedule.  This was requested by the DR committee in order to facilitate navigation of the material.  The agenda will reflect this, and the talks will be posted on INDICO in this manner.

 

(3) For convenience, we have attached the the FDR to-do list originally distributed on August 5.
