Dear Mike and Anders

 

Following last week’s Director’s Review, I’ve edited the FDR charge very slightly for clarity:

• I removed the full life-cycle cost criteria since that is being moved to the separate review on Sept. 30 – Oct. 1.
• I included a request that ATLAS and CMS limit their breakout presentations to no more than half of the 3 hour block allotted to each level 2 WBS.
• I made minor wording changes to improve readability throughout the first 3 pages.

 

Please let me know if  you have any questions. I would like to share the charge with the FDR review panels soon.
