That's a good question.  I suggested to John P to put it in the 
management section.  Whatever we do, it should be the same for all, so I 
suggest to put it in the L2 talk's management section:
-in the L2 talk so that Rob doesn't need to sit through the full session 
for a few slides here and there
-in management as it's probably more interesting to see how much is done 
wrt the "size" of the project in terms of FTEs/$$
