Hi all,

Here's the updated template for the RVM. It adds columns for "Where 
Verified" and "Responsible Institute" in the Quality Control area.

Please update your RVMs to the new format and send the new versions, as 
well as any changes to the US Technical Specs spreadsheet, to me and 
Gustaaf by the end of next week.
