Hello all,

A reminder that the NSF MREFC is now baselined, ie strict EVMS observance is required. One important point in that is that you can only do a BCP for work that is *> 2 months in the future*. There are, of course, exceptions. See figure attached. But there is no more changing the past beyond our usual reconciliations.
