Hi Gustaaf,

Turns out they aren't missing. There was a discussion with NSF at one of the 
chats some months ago where they indicated they only want negative variances 
in the monthly report (as per the terms and conditions). So that was 
conscious (and the text in that section was modified to reflect that in the 
previous monthly report).

Hi Mike,

Here's an annotated version.  Most important is that the VRs for 6.6.3 and 
6.8.3 are missing!  And there's an important typo (I think) in the VR for 
6.6.5.
