Hi All,

Attached is a copy of the Addendum with the justifications for the NSF COVID BCP-1045. I would like to send out all materials to NSF for approval today. Please have a look to see that I have captured all the justifications correctly and that they are consistent with numbers in the table – e.g. if you say you need more labor because of COVID, then we should see direct costs and if you only have escalation but no direct costs, don’t claim you added additional labor. Please check. I will send by COB today.
