We’ve looked at this within NSF, and would like to ask you to revise it so that it is consistent with the guidance given previously by NSF’s Large Facility Office for dealing with COVID-related baseline changes to account for COVID-related schedule impacts while accruing costs for COVID-related cost impacts.

 

Rebecca has carefully looked at the  proposed changes and has provided some detailed feedback in the attached document. We would be happy to discuss these comments with you if needed.

Attached is the third COVID BCP (BCP-1045) as a zip file. Included are 6 pdf files:

 

• BCP_NSF-045_US-ATLAS_HL-LHC_COVID_signed – the ATLAS signed BCP form
• BCP-1045 Addendum to COVID BCP v2 – the additional information on the explanation of the additional costs in the BCP for each deliverable at WBS Level 3
• Schedule Delta BCP-1045 WBS 6.04 LAr – the before and after schedule differences for 6.4
• Schedule Delta BCP-1045 WBS 6.05 Tile – the before and after schedule differences for 6.5
• Schedule Delta BCP-1045 WBS 6.06 Muon – the before and after schedule differences for 6.6
• Schedule Delta BCP-1045 WBS 6.08 Trigger – the before and after schedule differences for 6.8
