Hello all,

A friendly reminder that May variance reports are past due. A few comments:

-6.4.1 and 6.4.2 are missing

-6.5.3: the explanation doesn’t make sense to me: there’s a $100k positive
cost variance, but the explanation says "PCB boards were late in arrival.
This lead to a slower start to production then scheduled” which seems like a
schedule variance explanation (and there is a small negative cost variance,
but it’s not reportable).

-6.6.3/4/5 are missing

-6.8 and 6.8.2 are missing

-6.8.3 is fine. At some point somebody’s going to ask when the bleeding will
stop…

-6.10.2 is missing.
