Hello all,

-6.4.1 and 2 still nothing.  Now one week past due, please get this done asap!

-6.5.3 is good now

-6.6.3: if you’re going to say substrates are going to be a year late, you should probably add a corrective action that says you’re trying to get a first batch much earlier.  But in general I don’t recommend talking about a potential future bigger schedule variance to excuse a current schedule variance…

-6.6.4 is fine

-6.6.5 isn’t it time to put the LS3 delay in the schedule?  The report is good.

-6.8 and 6.8.3: good, but "When engineering resources become available they are put on project with an effort rate higher than originally planned, with the goal of making up schedule delays.” is really a corrective action, not an impact, so maybe make that move next month?

-6.10.2 is still missing

-6.5.3: the explanation doesn’t make sense to me: there’s a $100k positive cost variance, but the explanation says "PCB boards were late in arrival. This lead to a slower start to production then scheduled” which seems like a schedule variance explanation (and there is a small negative cost variance, but it’s not reportable).

-6.6.3/4/5 are missing

-6.8 and 6.8.2 are missing

-6.8.3 is fine.  At some point somebody’s going to ask when the bleeding will stop…

-6.10.2 is missing.
