Hi All,

After the discussion at the NSF manager’s meeting, we just wanted to confirm the structure of the breakouts:

Reviewers will be charged with attending the breakouts in pairs and expected to contribute to the review as a team. Each member of the review team is designated a lead for a specific subsystem, but both reviewers will contribute to the review of the two subsystems.
You (L2’s) will arrange with your other L2 partner to split the time to suit you – you decide who goes first, what presentations you want and in what order, modulo the reviewers wanting any modifications.
The current indico site for the breakouts has two Zoom rooms (one for LAr & Tile, and one for Muon & Trigger), and a spare room if needed.

So, this is the same plan that we had originally. If you think something different, let us know.
