Hi All,

After the discussion at the NSF manager’s meeting, we just wanted to confirm the structure of the breakouts:

  • Reviewers will be charged with attending the breakouts in pairs and expected to contribute to the review as a team. Each member of the review team is designated a lead for a specific subsystem, but both reviewers will contribute to the review of the two subsystems.
  • You (L2’s) will arrange with your other L2 partner to split the time to suit you – you decide who goes first, what presentations you want and in what order, modulo the reviewers wanting any modifications.
  • The current indico site for the breakouts has two Zoom rooms (one for LAr & Tile, and one for Muon & Trigger), and a spare room if needed.

So, this is the same plan that we had originally. If you think something different, let us know.

Thanks, PO
