Hi Mike,
This looks fine for LAr. In my L2 talk, I comment that our future Scientific Labor needs are modest (~3 FTE/year) and roughly the same as we have been successfully using the past few years, so no cause for concern.
Regards,
John

Hi NSF L2s and Deputies,
As you know the NSF review has a charge question on scientific (uncosted) labor. I have a slide in my overview that you might comment on, and a backup slide with more detail that may interest you.
* RR-3.a “How has the scope of uncosted scientific labor changed with
the rebaselining, and what are the implications of these changes on
the project scope, budget, schedule, and risk?”
* SR-2.a “Are there any concerns with the availability or utilization
of uncosted labor? Is the project utilizing a satisfactory means for
managing, monitoring, and tracking uncosted labor contributions?
Notice that I said there are no difficulties obtaining the planned scientific technical labor – if that is not true let me know (with some details).
Thanks, Mike
