Here are our slides. Since we were asked to update our main slides we integrated them into the technical slides.
We plan to start present on slide 49 of this deck (4 slides in a row):

Hi All,

Looks like things are going very well (congratulations to all!), but there are two final questions. The current plan is that the committee will meet with us in the Science Center at the scheduled time (11:00am) to hear our response to these two questions; the committee is not meeting for executive session before that. We will have the usual breakfast for those that come early. There is the possibility of an early closeout (but not confirmed) at ~2:30pm, so stay tuned for that update.

Congratulations again, PO

Subject: Homework questions

 Dear Mike,

The panel appreciates the excellents set of presentations and responses to the questions during the session. We only have two homework questions below:

-      EFT:

Please take the technical presentation from the breakout and modify it to make very clear exactly what the deliverables are, which of those deliverables carry over to the GPU+CPU and/or CPU only final solutions.  Also make clear for each deliverable what the need by date before PDR

-      Liquid Argon:

For the LAr firmware effort, please provide the effort of team members on Operations, Phase-1 and the HL-LHC MREFC effort.  Please also identify the firmware Point of Contact for LAr systems.”

We decided that we do not need an executive session in the morning. According to your schedule, we will meet at 11:00 AM.

Best,

Hassan for the review panel
